01 / Investigate
Actionable intelligence
We bring together records, documents and political expertise to answer practical questions about the radical right: its networks, resources, ideas and effects.
Radical-right ideas are reshaping politics and public debate. Behind their spread are decades of organising, coordinated funding and institution-building.
We connect evidence, build investigative tools and work alongside progressive organisations to strengthen their capacity to investigate, organise and act.
Interlink is an Autonomy Institute initiative combining investigative research, political analysis and embedded engineering to strengthen the work of progressive organisations confronting the radical right.
Our approach brings researchers and engineers into the work of journalists, campaigners and political organisations. Researchers help frame investigations, assess evidence and interpret political developments, drawing on scholarly expertise and local knowledge. Engineers work alongside partner teams to understand their workflows and data needs, then design, test and support tools with their users.
Sharing specialist capacity enables organisations to pursue work beyond their individual resources. Knowledge, methods and reusable tools carry from one partnership to the next.

The question is not only what we know about the radical right. It is what people can do with that knowledge.
01 / Investigate
We bring together records, documents and political expertise to answer practical questions about the radical right: its networks, resources, ideas and effects.
02 / Build alongside
We work with partners on their investigative problems, building tools and workflows around how they work and doing the technical work alongside them.
03 / Keep the capacity
Reusable tools, documented methods and source-linked evidence help progressive actors retain research capacity rather than start again with every investigation.
If you are investigating or confronting the radical right, tell us about your work and where research or technical capacity could help.
